History:
L’appartement 49C began as a passion project, a one-day exhibition in Steffie’s apartment. It has since grown into an artist-run space that challenges the traditional boundaries of galleries, inviting visitors to connect deeply with art and each other in a domestic setting.

L’appartement 49C is run by the Oats Collective: a team of multidisciplinary artists engaged in both creative and curatorial practices.
